Queensland Valuers Limited is a limited liability Kenyan Professional Real Estate Services Company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act Chapter 486 of the Laws of Kenya. The company was registered on 21st June 2022, herein after referred to as QVL.

The company was founded by a group of property professionals with unrivaled experience spanning over a period of time and who complement each other in offering consultancy services in real estate. The underlying understanding is that property issues in this country are too diverse, intricate and delicate for one single professional to claim to be competent enough to unravel them.

Our key professional staffs have the necessary training and professional qualification, including a minimum of B.A in Land Economics/Bachelor of Real Estate and as appropriately required membership, Registration and licensing with the professional, regulatory and licensing bodies including the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya, Valuers Registration Board and Estate Agents Registration Board.

QVL subscribes to the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK), the only professional body that regulates real estate professional services as per the requirements of the Valuers Act, Section 12(1) of the Laws of Kenya as well as Cap 533, The Estate Agents Act. We are also affiliated to International Professional bodies such as International Surveyors (FIG), The Association of Professional Societies of East Africa (APSEA), and Commonwealth Association of Surveying and Land Economy (CASLE).

The Company has its headquarters in Nairobi CBD at Timau Plaza 2nd Floor, Argwings Kodhek Road, Kilimani. Our long earned countrywide experience coupled with the Company’s contacts in all major towns within the country enables us deliver exemplary results on all property assignments within the country. We also have mutual working relationships with other real estate companies in other regions of the country that further enhances our ability to serve our clients within the entire country. Our dream is to be an East African leader in real estate service provision in five to ten years’ time.
